I think I can be happy now since I should be able to pass the academic check and be awarded as a real graduate :-)
For those who haven't checked, quick check your student email...

Woman: Yes, why you're asking??
Man: Good, because I'm the answer to your prayers.
Man: How is your fever?
Woman: What fever?
Man: Oh.. you just look so hot to me...
Man: Can I get a picture of you to prove to my friends that angels do really exist.
Man: Wow! How did you do that???!!!
Woman: Do what?
Man: Look so good...
Man: Does it hurt?
Woman: What?
Man: Falling from heaven..
Man: Aren't you tired?
Woman: Tired of what?
Man: Running around in my mind..
Internet Joke
A man checked into a hotel. There was a computer in his room, so he decided to send an e-mail to his wife. However, he accidentally typed a wrong e-mail address, and without realizing his error, sent the e-mail.
Meanwhile....Somewhere in Houston, a widow had just returned from her husband's funeral. The widow decided to check her e-mail, expecting condolence messages from relatives and friends.
After reading the 1st message, she fainted. The widow's son rushed into the room found his mother on the floor and saw the computer screen which read:
To: My Loving Wife
Subject: I've reached
Date: November 30, 2005
I know you're surprised to hear from me. They have computers here; we are allowed to send e-mails to loved ones. I've just reached and have been checked in. I see that everything has been prepared for your arrival tomorrow.
Looking forward to seeing you TOMORROW!

Welcome to Indonesia
I’m in Indonesia now... hohoho...
Just reached my hometown 2 days ago and had spent few fun days in Jakarta.. attended a friend’s wedding, spent some money on clothes and food and more importantly could catch up with some old friends...
There was just few bad things happened on my first few days in Indonesia... Flood isn’t unusual these days (it’s rainy season here!)... blackout also happens quite often when it’s raining... some roads are dark since there was no lighting... sigh... I just hope this country’s mismanagement will be fixed quite soon... and one thing... fast Internet connection should be more affordable :P
I don’t think my plan to learn piano is achievable at this state. My mom needs to fly to Holland to accompany my grandma who is sick right now and will take surgery for her cancer. Hope you guys who read this blog would pray for her :)
I think I need to help my dad whilst my mom is away for few weeks... I’m also busy with other things like doing my website and learn more about marketing...
Btw, how’s Sydney/Melbourne btw? Hehe... Looks like it’s getting hotter and hotter there hehe...
Ah yeah, my beloved friend (Natalia) is positive pregnant for 3 months now... Congratulations!!!!
Am pretty sure, some of you guys haven’t heard about this news hahaha...
I’ve met her in Jakarta and she looked chubbier now hahaha so happy for her :-) (hmm or so happy for myself haha coz I didn’t look chubbier than her :P LOL)
Other than that, I’m waiting for my final results now... hope I could get a very good one this semester since I’ve given up my full time job just to get a better time management for my study...
Good luck for me and for my other uni friends!!!

Yakitate!!! Japan
I created this blog to follow up my friend's celebration in getting accepted to the Culinary Institute of America :D
A friend of mine mentioned some jdoramas (japanese dramas) about cooking and baking and so I think I will tell this friend (DJ) about this funny and good anime that may entertain and teach you a little lessons about baking & pastry...
It's Yakitate Ja-pan!!! You know Japanese people don't normally eat bread coz their main food is rice so in this anime, there's this guy (main character) called Azuma Kazuma (yes it's like Yamato Yama/Nobita Nobi -> funny repetitive names :P), who possesses "Solar Hand", which apparently important when you're making a dough (so I assume your bread would taste better then you got fever hahaha :P jk), tries to promote bread in Japan and also to create a national bread for Japan. It also coincides that "pan" means bread in japanese, so Ja-pan might be interpreted as "Japanese Bread" :P
When I watched this anime, I craved bread which I don't normally crave :P.
My bro and other friends also did the same hahaha so u may need to expect that you may gain weight a little when u watch this.
At the end of the anime, they sometimes give a little tips about baking bread etc. Check it out yourself!!! It's worth watching :D
A Millionaire's First Love
Just watched this drama today...
It was quite typical tearjerker Korean Drama, like the girl got sick and the guy can give up everything for this girl... There was also an orphanage in this movie too...
I know they're all predictable movies but I don't know why I love Korean dramas very much still :) like I always cry when I watch them... hmmm and I know I shouldnt've coz I knew it would be sad when I started to watch it... hahaha what an idiot hey :P
No no it's not called an idiot, it's called a sensitive girl :P
To see the complete synopsis
I love the song played in the movie, sung by Jaejoong (member of DBSK)

Ooh Yeah!
No more exam babeehhh :P woooohoooooo!!!!
I also have known 2 of my final marks coz the lecturer kindly posted the final exam's results so we could work it out :D
Other than that, been looking fwd to my trip back to Indonesia this Thursday the 29th :D
Will stop by in Jakarta for 3 days then going straight to my hometown, Semarang, Central Java.
Hmmm have a lot of things to do in Indo...work work work!
Will also need to catch up with a lot of friends, relatives, and new friends :D
Maybe I need to long-list them. Otherwise might forget some of them...
Me also want to learn piano :D Will also go to Bali and maybe other cities in Java :) Woohoo will do a lot of stuff on my holiday :D:D
Sigh, I'm happy that I finished my uni but I am also sad since that means no more fun with uni friends :( hehe last nite I went to have coffee with some uni friends before I leave to Indo. Will post some pics if my friend has sent me the pics :P
Now another milestone has been passed. Next, I need to setup another short term goal to achieve next year.
Thinking about my job next year, I don't think it will be easy...but easy job is not challenging eh? :P haha whether it's easy or not, we just gotta do it and set our mind to tackle all problems 1 by 1
Aja Aja Fighting!!! :P
To make it more sentimental, here is a song for our graduation guys (eventho the final results haven't been released LOL) :P

Because It's You - KangTa
Kang Ta is a well-rounded artist. He really loves music, he has the talent, a brilliant composer, he has the look, and he can act too :)
Check this out. He composed this song just for this one episode game show (xman 59).
Only for this game show episode!!! The song was really well composed too...
Man, I'll definitely marry him if he proposes me :P hahaha..

Lee Soo Young!
My last one will be next week though... still... I havent started reviewing/studying at all! -.- Let me forget about my exam for a while :P
Recently, I've been listening to Lee Soo Young's songs... She's a great Korean singer... her voice and songs just fit my taste :)
She's won some awards in Korea and everytime she won them, she cried out loud on the stage :'( so touched when she did...
Well she's won quite many (I suppose) of them, so she should expect to win next time haha... no need to cry again then :|
I started to search for her songs after I watched her participating in a Korean game show called xman... she was sooo funny when she participated in the segment "Dayunhaji" (meaning "Of course") :)
I didn't know that the girl in that show was actually Lee Soo Young, the singer of "I believe" that was debuted in 1999. I actually had listened to some of her songs before but since I didn't know the singer (err I think because I can't recognise the singer's face from their voices) so I didn't know that she sang one of my fave songs haha
Then after I found her accidentally from some random K-MVs, I started to search for more of her songs...
To share a bit.. this one is a nice one (at least for me ^.^v)...
I can't wait to get her whole album tonight :D

Second Exam
The exam was crazily tiring haha, I needed to write 9 pages of answers for 2 questions and on page 6 onwards, my hand writting was like a real mess, my hand muscles couldn't support the pen anymore yet the clock kept ticking so yeah I need to ganbatehh there hehe lucky I haven't broken my wrist hahaha *exaggerrating* But I think I did alright overall...
Went straight home to enjoy the comfort of some old invention called bed, pillow, and of course my guling :P and even though I had a weird dream I couldn't manage to wake up that soon hehe maybe coz it wasn't a nightmare o___O
Ah yeah, also got an email from my future employer about a networking event that will be held in Brisbane. I thought since it is in Brisbane then I can't go. It will be held in the 28th btw. Then I emailed the HR and confirmed if it's in Brisbane coz obviously I won't be able to attend if it is. Then she replied that she could manage a flight for me :D I thought wow that'd be good!!!
I feel so happy coz I will start working in Feb but have been treated as if I've joined them some times ago :) nice...
The only problem is that it will be held on the 28th yet on the 29th evening I will fly back to Indonesia. I wonder if they would still fly me back on the 29th morning knowing this :( Well, can't do much about it since I gotta pay $150 just to change my ticket departure, let's just hope for the best :D
I also got this email from 1 institution offering some sort of program for students who are interested in getting a job in Sydney, particularly in the IT industry. They would charge AUD$3000 for those students but they would also guarantee that they'll get a job (eventually). But no guarantee that they'll get a job within certain period tho.
Not sure if it's getting popular to have institutions like that, but I know Monash University in Melbourne also has such program that asks students for about $1500ish so that they'll find them a job :|
I personally don't think it's worth the money, especially there are so many agents (job agencies) that will take care of you (potential employee) and it's free of charge. But of coz there's no obligation for them to find you a job. But for those unemployed students that can't find a job easily, isn't that amount of money significant?
Anyway, if you are interested you can contact me hahaa coz in the email they say they'll give me $200 if I recommend 1 student to join their program :P hahaha

First exam... Down!
Anyway, time to move onto the next one...
I just read a joke today, not sure if it was that funny but I laughed when I read it...
Child: "Mom, can I ask for few bucks coz I want to give it to the old lady that I just passed"
Mother: (thinking that she has a good child who thinks about the poor and the elders) "OK, here is 10 bucks for you. How old is she? Can't she still do a proper job?"
Child: "Sure, she's selling candies"
Mother: "errr -____-!!"
Is it funny? It's quite funny rite :P

Enthusiasm
I didn't really study coz I simply didn't really feel like it... there are just too many things that can make me lose my enthusiasm in my life these days... no need to mention what they are but one thing that I realise, I don't know what I really want to do in life.
I've made so many tough decisions this year coz I thought I sort of had a glimpse of my future. About where I wanna be, what I wanna do, etc. But there are just too many uncertainties in this life that can't guarantee for our happiness hey?
I've read a blog of one of the priests that I know and he talked about enthusiasm that is one of the forms of love. Hmm.. strange... :|
He wrote, “When we love and believe in something from the bottom of our soul, we feel stronger than the world and we are imbued with a serenity that comes from the certainty that nothing can conquer our faith. This strange force makes us always make the right decisions at the right time, and we are surprised at our own capacity when we fulfill our objective.”
I don't want to emphasise what the relationship between love and enthusiasm is in this one coz I'm not too sure myself. But what stroke me was that simply I just realised that my faith isn't strong at all. I've made the decisions and always tend to go back to assess it. I don't think this is right. This way I will always fall in possible regret and won't be able to move on...
I think keeping enthusiasm alive in our heart is very important :)
Be sure that what you've done was really your decision and nothing is to regret really coz you'll get a better future when u've made up your mind that u will have it! :)
We just need to build up our faith that we will reach our goals in life and when we do this, the strange force will assure us to always make the right decisions at the right time.
"Enthusiasm is your greatest strength, intent on the final victory. You cannot let it slip through your fingers just because as time passes we have to face some small and necessary defeats."

WYDSYD2008
I just came back from church and just wanna share this with you...
I am not an active member of the church community to begin with so I don't really understand very detail about this event. You can check http://www.wyd2008.org for more information.
I'm thinking of joining the pilgrims for next year and perhaps if some of you are also interested but don't know how to register. Here are some of the steps you need to follow:
1. Log onto www.wyd2008.org
2. Click on the red box "REGISTER NOW"
3. Select "Pilgrim" and click on register now
4. Create a user name and password.
Fill out your details and follow the prompts
5. Select a GROUP that you want to join either on "GROUP SEARCH" or go to www.cyshouse.org.au for a list of all groups registered in the Archdiocese of Sydney.
For the group details, I was given these two codes:
If you are interested in joining the whole week - enter 2304.
If you are interested in joining only for the weekend - enter 3031. (I think this is only for Randwick community)
Hope this'd help! see you around then! :)

Stuvac
Just read and did past paper for my statistics subject... I think I underestimated this subject too..
I feel lost when I read the very brief notes called lecture notes ^^ hehe...
Well what can i do? read the textbook! -___-
Yesterday I also attended the supplementary lectures that my fav lecturer held in the stuvac week :S
He, as usual, explained very complicated material in an even more complicated way... we're totally lost >.< I could see the students went out the lect hall one by one hahahaha...
The most interesting part was that he asked us, "so what have you learnt so far from this subject?" and we're like thinking "we've learnt how to forgive, how to be patient, and how to pick a subject next time" LOL...
Normally the online evaluation for all subjects are still open during this time but my friend said this one is already closed... maybe it has reached the maximum number of feedbacks can be made :P
I was so tempted to ask him "Has the online evaluation survey for this subject been opened?" hahaha but I felt bad for him haha Yes I'm still a good student :D
OK, back to study...

DETERMINE YOUR IQ
Think hard...dun give up... :P
Imagine you are in Hwange. You have been tied hanging on a tree with
a rope anchored on the ground, a candle is slowly burning the rope,
and the lion is waiting for you to drop and be his lunch.
Your survival hinges on the rope staying intact, there is no one
around to help you. The only possible way is to somehow convince the
lion to BLOW the candle out. How do you do that?
Check the answer in the comment...

Bavarian Bier Cafe...
Just had dinner there to celebrate my friend's bday...
Had Linguine with King Prawn, tomato sauce, and parmesan and Mango bier.. (can't remember the exact name of the beer)... It was alright, but I like the lychee flavor more :)
The ambience was alright but somehow I like Belgium Beer Cafe better tho... this is my personal opinion tho....I would rate this place 6/10 considering the food, the drinks, and the ambience...
Well I was the one who suggested this place to the bday girl hehe coz I thought I would like to try this place since we always had dinner in the same place all the time, so why dont we try somewhere new :-)
It's a pity not many people could make it... There were like around 14 ppl but separated into 2 tables, so we couldnt really talk that much :(
I went to check out some sunnies too today so that I can claim it to my private health insurance... otherwise, it'd be a waste of premium :P
I also checked out some notebooks today... I like the HP Pavilion dv2500, the 14.1" one... the shape is nice, compact, and not that expensive....ummm or should I get macbook instead? It's AUD$100 more expensive but the processor is a bit more powerful...it's unix based and that means I should be able to run php better than in windows...
Sigh I couldn't check the vaio yet coz Myer city doesn't have sony... they only got toshiba, asus, mac, and hp...maybe i need to go tomorrow again.... -_____-

Last lecture
Today is officially my last lecture day... even tho I will have another supplementary class next Monday coz the lecturer couldn't finish the last lecture...
I feel time really flies... I think this will be my last lecture in my whole life (unless I take another course... ummm which is a bit unlikely at this point). Having said that, I think i'd miss my school days though :( but I would never miss the exams period for sure hehe..
Took few pictures after the lecture with some friends who were taking the same class.. Would like to ask the lecturer to take pic with us but he was busy answering students' questions hehe... It was a bit dark as well so we couldn't get nice shots :( well some of them blamed me coz I didn't tell them if I'd bring a camera.. otherwise, they'd get ready for that -___- my gosh... I didn't even get ready myself :P It supposed to be CANDID my friends :P
I look really fat here eh :P well what can I do? :-( I was born with wide shoulders. It is an advantage for me tho coz I would be able to carry heavier bag longer than my friends with narrow shoulders wakaka LOL... :P
Well, will need to get more nice shots during the day... hehe maybe next week when we study together for the exams :P
Let's get more pics on Monday after the class -> don't blame me for not telling u, u should know now :P

unsatisfactory life?
I'm FINALLY able to refill my inkjet... save 60%, no more new cartridge just refill it!!! :D
But it was so difficult for sure to refill it, I almost sacrifice my finger just to open the stupid lid...
Stupid me to think that the cartridge itself would have a hole for me to inject it easily... i should've thought if it has that kind of thing, cartridge sales will drop hehehe...
Enuf about inkjet refill, just now I chatted with a friend of mine who is currently going on holiday...
She said she gets bored holidaying for too long so she just will spend the rest of the day going online and chatting...she also mentioned she's sick of shopping... and I went WHATTTT?!?@!?$@?@ 0___0
I said well lucky you... I'm even struggling to save few bucks here yet you said u're sick of shopping...SIGH !-____-
She said "yeah I have money to spend, but still I'm not happy"...
That was sad.. but that reminds me that human is never satisfied... well some ppl are satisfied with what they've got now but some are not...
Hehe maybe they simply haven't found what it is they're trying to achieve in life...
For me, I can't wait to earn some bucks again next year when I start working again...
For now, let's pray and see, who knows my portfolio value would get triple in value within the next month :-)

Working in Jakarta...
Anyone knows how it looks like working there? Or does anyone know who I can contact regarding any possible vacancy there? e.g. job agent/job hunter?
Just IM me if you know ;-)
Thanks!

Hot day ! -___-
Today's lecture was as usual... I feel bad actually talking funny about this lecturer but even he tried to talk loud in front of the class, I who happened sat in the 4th row barely could hear him... or was it my eardrums only??? :| Ah yeah, and he likes to say "lalala" -> read: blah blah blah hehe
I didn't end up studying today, had to help my bro doing something...
I saw my friend who enthusiastically started to study since last weekend and it started to motivate me to study.... I was like saying Gambateh Gambateh! to myself (imagining the spirit of Japanese students who will take Todai's exam :p) but "ummm.. ehe ehe slowly opened crunchyroll, found a funny korean drama, and thought hehehe this is my last one before exam" MY WILL HAS GONE :P hahaha
Anyway, for my friends who have exams in the next 2 weeks, good luck! :-)
For those of you who don't have exams, please lead us not into temptation :-) Amen...

Humility
So yeah, humility...that was today's homily about...
During the homily the Father walked around and asked the people what humility is about...
Then one lady mentioned something that I really thought about when I came in, she said, "never take things for granted... people tend to ask more and more and never be thankful for what they've got in their lives... She said when you lose something then you will understand... but of course we don't want to lose something just to make us understand right?
Another thing being mentioned was about having faith to Jesus and always believe that everything is possible. I am not sure what it has something to do with humility at first, but i think, having faith in someone means we give our full trust in someone that he/she will do something that we can't (beyond our ability). And being able to do this is the same as being humble. Am I right? :S
Well regardless of the answer, I enjoyed my time when I was at the church.
Ah yeah I wanna join WYD08 but I heard that you have to follow it for 2 weeks... that means u have to take leave for about 2 weeks... 0___0 how can i get tat luxury?? Oh Man... !-___-

HAHA!
A little old lady goes to the doctor and says, “Doctor I have this problem with gas, but it doesn’t bother me too much… my farts never smell, and they’re always quiet. But I’ve been doing it very often.”
The doctor asks her to explain more, and the old lady says, “In fact, I’ve farted at least 20 times since I’ve been here in your office. You probably didn’t know I was farting because they don’t smell and they’re silent.”
The doctor says, “I see, take these pills and come back to see me next week. “The next week the lady comes back.
“Doctor,” she says, “I don’t know what the heck you gave me, but now my farts…although still silent…stink terribly.”
The doctor says, “Good!!! Now that we’ve cleared up your sinuses, let’s work on your hearing.”
Quiet Saturday
Pardon me for complaining too much hehe... I've finally finished my assignment today. I will need to recheck it tomorrow though...
Today I woke up quite late so I missed the bbq >.< I guess staying back yesterday wasn't good at all. My body is so sore today, guess I haven't been exercising for so long :(
So I went swimming today with my friend and went to sauna afterwards... Feeling so tired right now but I guess I'm a bit refreshed now :)
So what's new? errr... nothing is... today is so quiet for me coz I've been doing my assignment for the whole day hehe..
Ah yeah, I think some car with front tow bar banged my car :( I was soo pissedd but then it happened when it was parked... can't do anything :(
Today I haf bad news too... my friend just canceled her trip to Jakarta due to some reason. Sigh I guess I need to travel myself then... Lucky I have some friends living there... hope they'd be free when I am around.... Indo! Wait for me!!!!

My lovely lecturer
I emailed my lecturer yesterday asking for another time arrangement coz he missed it.. so he apologized and arranged some time for me today.
I brought 4 other people with me today and he wasn't that happy hahaha...
This lecturer was kinda funny. I began asking him questions, he wasnt focused before so he asked me to repeat my question, he replied "Ah you are asking very good question, but why you asked a very complicated question? To answer that question, errr.... errr..." * he then started drawing nice pictures in his scrap paper and mumbling about something that none of us understood...
I then asked him again following what he has explained us and he said "err... you know the answer but you haven't thought about it!"
How can he know I know the answer and HAVEN'T REALLY THOUGHT about it? O__o
I think being in derivatives market too long can really teach you about psychology as well. Market <-> investors' behaviour -> psychology.
Then my friend asked me a very simple question:
My friend: What sort of information do you expect us to write in the report?
Lecturer: Errr... (started drawing and mumbling about how to do the previous question being asked)
My friend + the rest: ??????
My friend: OK, how deep should we explain the theory for question 6?
Lecturer: Errr... (started drawing and mumbling about the theory)
My friend + the rest: ??????
Wow, he's too clever so that we couldn't understand what he was trying to say. Yes, he was the one who quickly went out from the cafetaria, jumping around, and waving at A380 plane !-___-
Anyway, I am trying to work it out my own way now... I guess leaving assignment behind is a bad idea but it's also students' behavior which is difficult to fix.
Ah yeah, I have an elementary school friend (Fella) who just got married in Israel... Congrats for her and her husband... :-)
And the last update is about my expected parcel that I've picked up today...
My hope has gone in a sec. I didn't expect such thing to be sent using registered post.
I just got my e-toll tag :-( wakakakakakaa

Another same day
I went to the consultation time with some of my friends and guess what??? Unsurprisingly, the lecturer wasn't at his office... ehmm... disappointing! very disappointing!!!! and what didnt surprise me was tat 2 of my friends saw him sitting in a cafe having a cup of coffee with 2 girls (they know 1 girl is a PhD student)...
A380 superjumbo then flew above him and he quickly went out and waved at the plane :|
Man... I'm so embarrassed having a childish lecturer who chose 2 girls over his KAWAII students >.< *knocked out*
Ive sent him email and asked him to rearrange the appointment... hope we can do it tomorrow :S Monday is the due date and now we have no idea :| Sigh...
Today also got a parcel awaiting to be collected at the post office... I wonder who sent it... there's no occasion really to send me something... errr did I win lottery??? I wish -___- I never bought one tho hehe...
Maybe I've got some good news about winning some holiday to US or Europe??? Err...it shouldnt be a parcel then :|
Anyway, I'll find out tomorrow (hopefully I can make some time in the afternoon to collect it)!
Share market, oh well oh well not doing so good but not that bad either, some of my shares went up quite a bit but I still made loss :'(
It's time for me to pay my plane ticket and credit card bills too... I need money I need money... can you guys donate me some cash??
Just drop me email if you want to know which account you need to transfer.. doomo arigatoo gozaimasu!!!

Welcome Dinner
I had fun but had to go through few troubles too...
I attended the welcome dinner that was organised partly for me by my future employer. I haven't joined them yet and will join on February.
OK, the dinner was at Cafe Sydney. The food was great and the view was fabulous :D wont mind going there again :P The people were great, I had a lot of fun, they were all friendly and they love playing cards during lunch break... Yay! look forward to working with them :-)
I had barramundi with a prawn and scallop filled zucchini flower, kipfler potatoes, baby beans, olive tapanade and sauce vierge. Yum!!!
I also had warm chocolate pudding with chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream. This was good too but a little too sweet :)
It's great to see and know my future team before you start working with them...
All of them were guys though... I guess when they know 1 girl will join, they would ask more girls hehe..
Well that was the fun bit, the trouble is another thing but I won't share with you.. sorry coz it's a private thing :P
Another thing to worry about, assignments and exams !-___-
I had 2 glasses of wine today so I'd better meet the pillow and the bed now :D nighto!

Kuitan - 喰いタン
Just finished watching jdorama series called Kuishinboo Tantei... shortened... KUITAN! (1 and 2). Total episodes maybe around 19 episodes (9 for Kuitan and 10 for Kuitan II).
I thought Kamenashi Kazuya will join the second series... but my hope was turned down :(
But still it was funny...
Kuitan, also known as "gluttonous detective"... nice and funny story.
For those of you who likes My Boss My Hero, you may also like this one.. Maybe it's from the same production house :|
The ending was shibarashii... a bit touching tho -___- I hate farewell...
Gomen if I mentioned the ending here.. but I'm pretty sure you can guess when you watch it :P
What next eh? I think next is Portfolio Management Textbook or Derivatives Market?
I really have to study buy I guess the mood has changed :S
I would rate this drama ehmmm 7/10. It's worth watching though...
If you love food like me, you would enjoy it a lot... but if you are in a diet.. I don't suggest you watching it... it would discourage you hehe.. !
ASX gained a little following US market
DJSE - + 0.33%
Nasdaq - +1.06%
S&P500 - +0.38%
Following this positive movement, ASX has gained around 0.5% since the opening half an hour ago...
Hope this would lift investors' confidence.. Come on! prove it that we're doing a lot better than 20 yrs ago and things have changed...

Prank calls
I don't know who did this but it already happened maybe almost 10 calls in a week. Sigh....
Is it my secret admirer ?? :P haha. im kidding... Is it possible that he is looking for different number but why this asian girl always picked up my phone?? :| It might be the case tho... ehmm...
I talked to my friends about this and we were like analysing the situation and 2 of them suggested me to bring pepper spray just in case someone is really stalking my place... but the best solution is to practice my martial arts... chiatttt...(as if I have the skills)...
Anyway, I had lecture with my interesting lecturer today...
He taught a lot better today than before, maybe coz he's running out of time... I can't believe he wll extend the week to 15 weeks to cover week 14's material... man... I don't think he'll survive next year when the number of weeks is reduced to 12. :| good luck!
It's time to start opening my lecture notes, text books and use them to sleep hahaha..
Errr... why im so lazy... I wanna get CFA certification too but i heard it's damn hard :(

20th Anniversary of the Black Monday
I was too afraid to login to my account and check so I took a peek at some of my share's prices...
Yep, as expected it went down quite sharp. Overall, since opening, Australian stock market has decreased about 2.2% today :( This is still waiting for the opening of US market later tonight...
I believe so many investors waiting for this day, waiting for stock market crash so that they can enter and buy cheap stocks... I'm not sure if this is what analysts are waiting too...
It seems that some analysts are trying to find some downsides of this market. Even some companies are doing well, e.g. 3M, Honeywell, McDonalds, it seems that analysts were trying to find some excuses (i.e. bad news) about them and scared out investors. Obviously, this would make the investors lose confidence and sell off their stocks, making the share price dropped.
We're waiting for BHP and (ANZ?) to bring us good news to give investors the confidence back.
Well in this kind of situation, people take advantage of each other. So, can't blame anyone for the bear market. Just pray (like me -____-) that your stock won't fall very badly.

Will we have the same 1987 Black Monday?
People are reminded of a very serious and dramatic event that happened on October 19, 1987. It was when Wall Street shares fell 23 per cent in a day and triggered a cascading global effect...
Many analysts tried to compare today's condition with the past' and tried to conclude that the condition is different so we shouldn't have the same impact as in the past. But I still think the market can't be easily predicted. People's fear and rationality drive the movement.
Just put on your seatbelt. We'll wait and see...
Stock market will crash again on Monday???
He said the impact would be felt the most in Asian market... Well if it's a serious problem then it might impact Australian market too with no doubt...
I still have stocks now but I didn't follow the news lately as I didn't want to feel depressed about it and wanted to focus on other things... but I normally check my portfolio on daily basis..
I remember one day almost all of stocks had green change (i.e. they all increase in value) as well as my mutual fund... but lately I also feel that all of them started to decrease again...
I didn't pay much attention until I chat with this friend who always monitors JSX (Jakarta Stock Exchange) movement..
Anyone knows about this? I don't think I would do anything about my stock as I believe the stock market will rise in long term... yes, i may lose some opportunity as I could have earned more money when I deposit them in the bank...but as long as I don't lose money (not considering the risk-free rate that I could've earned) :|
But I just want to know more without reading the news that I am behind :/

ASSignment...
This lecturer of mine is very interesting...
No doubt in his knowledge but I have a lot of doubts he'll be OK next year when the semester period will be reduced from 14 weeks to 12 weeks...
He began this story by giving us 8 assignments to complete in 12 weeks.. So that means we almost need to submit something every week. To make it worse, he said he would choose the best 3 and the worst 2 and average them. This would count 50% of our total results...
But then the faculty didn't allow him (maybe so many students protested to the faculty). So he STILL gave 8 assignments but it's up to us to submit how many assgs to him and then he would choose the best 2... hmmm this sounds better :)
"HAHAHA, I won't give you an easy life by doing this" -> I guess this is what in his mind :P
Coz he's being TOO difficult to us... man... he asked 8 long questions and he asked us to write the report with max 2 pages... How can i write this??? SIGH... -_____-!
Should I write in 5pt font? But then he already wears thick glasses so I think it's not possible :P
Hmm.. I'll see if I can meet him for a consultation... My friend said he was being too difficult to answer our questions and he would always suggest reading the textbook. The fact is the textbook doesn't have some materials that he talked about... hmmm maybe he hasnt even read the textbook... poor us :|
Anyway, wish me luck -___-
Nice joke...
Why British think 80% of Malaysians coming to UK to study Law?
UK Immigration Officer: Purpose of visit?Visitor: I'm here to study law, sir.
Officer: You know, you must have a lot of lawyers in Malaysia .
Visitor: Why do you say that?
Officer: Well, i've been here for a good twenty years, and I'd say 80% of Malaysians I see here say they're here to read law.
Visitor: Oh, really? That's really something i never knew. Hard to believe in fact.
Officer: Just you watch, then. You just stand here until the next Malaysian comes along, and I'll bet he's here to read law.
*Visitor waits for 5 mins, Ah Chong from Malaysia comes to immigration counter*
Officer: Mr. Ah Chong, purpose of visit?
Ah Chong: Study lorr...

Trip to Sydney
It's not my trip to Sydney hehe it's my best friend and her fiance's trip to Sydney along with their 2 friends...
It was fun but quite tiring... considering I was always driven by someone and I never paid attention to the road, I think I did a good job driving them around...
we went to Woollomolloo's Harry's Cafe De Wheels... the famous hot dog, pies & peas in Sydney...
It was a very hot and sunny day... ehmmm this would be a very good day for many people but Indonesian :P We were like trying to block the sun, looking for places with air conditioning haha so I brought them to Bondi Junction Mall. It was a pity I couldn't find parking during the day in the city coz I wanted to show them the QVB Mall instead. I think Bondi Junction was nothing special to show them as Jakarta and Singapore's Malls were heaps bigger and nicer than that :-/
Ah yeah, they stayed in Capitol Square Hotel in the city and after we had lunch I pointed exactly the same hot dog just behind their hotel hehehe AKIRA SHOCKED 0____0
I then took them to Bondi beach coz we're gonna have Hurricane Ribs...ehmmm yummm! afterwatds....
We took a lot of pictures there... I think we took a lot of pictures everywhere ahhaha...
- us in bondi beach -
Err... the wind was so strong that day... haha we tried to come up with a theme when took these pic but 1 girl always tried her own way hahaha :P
This is another pic... I got plenty of pics haha but no we don't want to be called "narcist club" hehe...
From Hurricane, I drove 1 girl to the hotel and we went down to Sydney Opera House... It was nice but cold and windy -___-
Lucky enuf my friend brought his tripod along so we could get some good shots of Sydney Harbor Bridge and Opera House.
We even went in to the opera house and saw around... A pity there was an opera playing so we couldn't check out some places inside the opera...
Hmmm why do I sound so excited as if this was my first? hehe... I think coz I haven't met them for ages and now I met them in Sydney not in Indo!!!! woohoo!!!
Then in Opera House... OKOK the last pics heheh...
Love to laugh with them so much that would make me forget about my assignment! 0__o
Sigh... i needed to stay back til 3 to do my assignment.... this wasn't good :S
